All I can gather from Daito’s website is “Daito Manabe is artist/programmer based in Tokyo, Japan.” but he is also listed as a designer, dj, vj and composer.

This video is pretty self explanatory… people having their facial movements controlled by electric impulses in time to the music. God bless this man!
